General
   What is Intelliseeds Learning?

Intelliseeds learning provides practice in several subjects including Math, Reading Comprehension, Language Arts, Logical Reasoning, Mental Ability, Analytical Ability and Critical Thinking, which are essential to the success of every student. Skills are organized by grades, topics, practice tests and time bound tests. The Math section covers skills such as counting, number operations, algebra, story problems and many more. The IntelliAbility section focuses on thinking skills, patterns, sequences, problem analysis, analogies and over 50 other topics to help develop your child's brain. The Language Arts section includes reading comprehension, nouns, verbs, adverbs, adjectives, predicates, vowel sounds and many more grammar skills.

   I am not getting any emails from IntelliSeeds.How can I fix that?

IntelliSeeds sends an email when you sign up, when you redeem vouchers, when you contact us and when your child completes an assessment. If you are not getting any emails from us, either they have gone in the spam folder or your email provider has blocked us. You will need to add support@intelliseedslearning.com and DoNotReply@intelliseedslearning.com to your safe list.

Membership
  How do I become a member?

Please click on the membership link and the system will guide you through membership process.

  How do I redeem vouchers?

Click on the "Redeem Vouchers" button on the top header to redeem vouchers. You will need voucher codes from sites such as Living Social and Plum District to start the redeem process.

  I am getting an error during voucher redeem process. What do I do?

You can always contact us by sending an email to membership@IntelliSeedsLearning.com. We usually reply back within a day. Here are some common best practices: 1) Please make sure your voucher code is correct. 2) Please remember to use a separate email if creating account for your second child. 3) Please remember that vouchers are case sensitive

  How much does membership cost?

Please visit plans and pricing page for available subscription options.

  Is there a money back guarantee?

Yes, we offer money back guarantee for the current month's membership. You can request a refund by sending an email to membership@intelliseedslearning.com. Please include username, email and reason for the refund.

  How do I cancel my membership?

Please send an email to membership@intelliseedslearning.com with your user name and subject for which the cancellation needs to be processed.

  I want to enroll more than one child in my family. How do I do that?

Each enrollment is considered a separate account. Keeping it as a separate account allows us to create personalized progress reports and gives the child an opportunity to earn rewards for himself.

  I forgot my password. What do I do?

Please click on the login button in the top right corner of the site or click on this link. Then click on the "Forgot password" link on the page.

  I forgot my username. What do I do?

Please send an email to membership@intelliseedslearning.com. Please include the email used to register the account.

Refunds
  I created an account using Living Social or Plum District vouchers. How do I request refund?

If you purchased your membership from another site such as Living Social or Groupon or Plum District, you will need to contact them for refunds. Their refund policy will apply to the subscriptions.

  Do you refund membership?

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you wish to cancel the membership the refund policy would apply as outlined:
- For yearly memberships the refund will be pro-rated for the remaining period
- For monthly subscriptions the current month's subscription will be refunded in full
- For subscriptions bought via external partners such as Living Social, Groupon or Plum District, please contact them for the refunds

  How do I request a refund?

Please send an email to membership@intelliseedslearning.com. Please include the username, email address used to register the account and reason for the refund. Please also let us know how we can improve and provide you with a better service. If you purchased subscription via external partners such as Living Social, Groupon or Plum District, please contact them for the refunds.

Rewards
  How do I earn rewards?

As you continue to use IntelliSeeds Learning regularly and take timed assessments in the system, we calculate your points based on your correct answers. Once you accumulate enough points, as indicated on the rewards page, you become eligible for rewards.

  How do I redeem rewards?

Please click Rewards link to redeem rewards. You will need to login to check your eligibility. The rewards are shipped to the address on the file. Please make sure that the address is updated.

  How long does it take for rewards to arrive?

Depending on your location, it may take anywhere from 15-30 business days. We ship at the address we have on file. Please make sure that your address information is updated.
